Nancy is an emergency nurse, family nurse practitioner, and nurse educator who has built her life and career around service—showing up where she’s needed and helping others do the same. Her work spans high-acuity emergency departments, advanced practice roles, and nursing education, where she is known for her steady leadership, real-world insight, and deep respect for the responsibility nurses carry.
She has taught many advanced practice skills at various venues and has many years of teaching bible studies, contributing to her holistic approach to mentoring. Nancy has served on medical and professional boards, remains actively engaged in church and community service, and is especially passionate about supporting young families through her local church. Originally from Michigan, Nancy now resides in Jackson, Missouri. She is married to the love of her life, the proud mother of two grown daughters, and a grateful grandmother.
Whether at the bedside, in the classroom, or in her community, Nancy is committed to preparing and encouraging nurses who are clinically capable, confident under pressure, and grounded in integrity—because how we serve matters, especially when it matters most.
